How do I join the private beta?
Tell us about your business and the events you would like to run using the form on this page. We review requests personally and email selected businesses with an invitation and next steps. Sending a request does not create an account.
What is the beta for?
The beta is a chance to try event setup, branding, guest lists and ticketing with a small group of businesses. Your feedback will help us improve the experience before a wider launch. No payment is needed to request access.
Will my event appear on EasyTickets?
We do not advertise your events in a public marketplace. You share your event link, use your own organizer page or embed booking on your website. Anyone with a published link can view the page. Use invitation lists, access codes or approval rules to control who can book.
How do multi-day events work?
Add the dates and sessions that make up your event, with capacity for each one. One ticket is one admission to one dated session, so a guest attending three separately ticketed days receives three tickets.
How much can I customize?
Standard events use your logo, accent colour and supported font and layout presets, with an EasyTickets credit. If you need a fully white-label experience, dedicated design or bespoke integrations, mention it in your beta request so we can explore the fit.
Is AI / MCP included in the beta?
AI / MCP integration is planned for a later release. The current beta focuses on event ticketing. The conversation preview shows the direction we are exploring, not a feature you can use yet.
Can my guests pay online?
The current product supports free reservations and payments collected at the door. Online card checkout is not available yet.
